These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AtlasSim platform operated by WORLD STORE LIMITED.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.
2.1 Prohibited and Restricted Jurisdictions
Our Services, products, and eSIMs are not available for purchase, access, or use by individuals or entities located in, or residents of, any country or territory subject to international comprehensive sanctions. Prohibited and restricted jurisdictions explicitly include all countries and territories sanctioned by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Any transactions originating from these jurisdictions will be automatically blocked and declined.
Payment transactions are screened for sanctions compliance through our PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. Orders may be declined where sanctions screening identifies a prohibited jurisdiction or restricted party.
The following countries and territories are currently excluded from our catalogue and checkout:

4. Orders and Payment
4.3 Payment
Payments must be made using approved methods, specifically credit or debit cards issued by Visa and Mastercard, digital wallets, or other electronic payment systems explicitly offered on the Platform. We apply no surcharge or handling fees to card payments; the price displayed at checkout is the final price you will be charged. By providing payment details, you confirm your authorization to use the selected payment method and permit AtlasSim (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the full order amount.
4.4 Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final, and refunds or cancellations are only permitted under specific conditions:
- The eSIM is defective or cannot be activated due to an error directly caused by AtlasSim.
- A refund is mandated by applicable consumer protection laws, subject to the digital content exceptions outlined in our Refund Policy.
- The customer exercises their 14-day cancellation right, provided they have not explicitly consented to immediate delivery and waived their cooling-off rights at checkout as detailed in Section 2 of our Refund Policy.
To request a refund, contact our customer support team in writing at support@atlassim.org within the applicable timeframe from the purchase date, providing any required documentation. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Network speed and coverage are subject to local operator conditions and may vary by location, device, and network congestion.
