This Disclosure Disclaimer provides essential information regarding the scope of our Services, third-party involvement, operational limitations, and liability disclaimers. By accessing, browsing, or using the AtlasSIM Platform (https://atlassim.org), operated by WORLD STORE LIMITED ("AtlasSIM", "we", "our", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms set forth within this Disclaimer.
1. Purpose of Disclaimer
The primary purpose of this Disclosure Disclaimer is to clearly define the operational boundaries of our Services, explicitly identify third-party involvement, outline network performance variables, and establish legally binding limits on our liability.
2. Nature of Services and Intermediary Role
AtlasSIM specializes in the retail, distribution, and digital activation of electronic SIM cards (eSIMs), alongside customer support and digital platform management. In providing these connectivity solutions, AtlasSIM acts as an intermediary digital platform linking Users with external partner mobile network operators.
3. Third-Party Network Involvement
The mobile connectivity and data services offered through our Platform rely heavily on third-party infrastructure and external service partners, including international mobile network operators, secure payment processors, and technical cloud hosting providers. AtlasSIM does not own, manage, or directly operate the underlying telecommunications networks.
4. Operational Limitations and Performance Disclaimers
- Network Performance: Service availability, network speeds, coverage quality, and signal stability are entirely dependent on third-party carrier infrastructure, your physical geographic location, local interference, and environmental conditions.
- Device Compatibility: Users are solely responsible for verifying that their mobile devices are carrier-unlocked, fully compatible with eSIM technology, and technically capable of supporting the selected regional data plan prior to purchase. AtlasSIM assumes no liability for connectivity failures arising from incompatible or locked hardware.
- External Factors: AtlasSIM shall not be held responsible or liable for any service disruptions, delays, data failures, or performance gaps caused by external factors outside our reasonable control.
5. "As Is" and "As Available" Provision
The Platform, Services, and associated digital contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by law, AtlasSIM explicitly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and continuous, error-free, or secure platform operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AtlasSIM, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption—arising out of or connected to your use of the Platform or Services. In all instances, the total aggregate liability of AtlasSIM for any claim related to a specific service shall be strictly limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by you for that specific Service.
7. Statutory Consumer Protections
Nothing contained within this Disclosure Disclaimer shall operate to exclude, restrict, or limit any statutory consumer rights, guarantees, or protections under applicable UK consumer law that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
