These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between WORLD STORE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13767315, with its registered office at 35 Firs Avenue, London, England, N11 3NE, trading as AtlasSIM ("AtlasSIM", "we", "our", "us"), and any person or entity ("you", "User", "Customer") accessing or using our website https://atlassim.org, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform provides electronic SIM cards ("eSIMs") and associated mobile connectivity services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform or Services.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- eSIM – an embedded Subscriber Identity Module that enables Users to activate, store, and manage a mobile network plan digitally, without requiring a physical SIM card.
- User / You / Customer – any individual or legal entity that accesses the Platform, creates an account, purchases an eSIM, or makes use of the Services.
- Platform – the website https://atlassim.org, mobile applications, and any other digital interfaces operated by AtlasSIM for the purpose of offering, selling, and managing eSIMs.
- Services – the provision of eSIMs and all related features, including but not limited to mobile data plans, activation instructions, technical support, account management, and other connectivity solutions offered through the Platform.
- Account – a unique profile created by a User on the Platform to access and manage the Services.
- Plan – a specific mobile data package or subscription associated with an eSIM, detailing the allowance, validity period, and coverage regions.
- Network Operator / Carrier – third-party telecommunications providers that supply connectivity services delivered through an eSIM.
- Order – a confirmed purchase of one or more Services placed via the Platform.
- Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable User, collected and processed by AtlasSIM in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Business Day – any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or official public holiday in England and Wales.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
To be eligible to use the Services provided through the Platform, you must meet and continue to comply with the following requirements:
- Age and Legal Capacity – You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- Accurate Information – You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, checkout, or any interaction with the Platform, and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
- Compliance with Law – You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and telecommunications rules in connection with your use of the Services.
- Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, passwords, and any authentication codes, and for restricting access to your account. You must promptly notify AtlasSIM of any unauthorized access, breach of security, or misuse of your account.
- Prohibited Access – You may not use the Services if you are located in a jurisdiction where use of the Services is restricted, prohibited, or would otherwise constitute a violation of applicable law. AtlasSIM reserves the right to restrict or deny access in such cases.
3. Description of Services
AtlasSIM provides electronic SIM cards (eSIMs) that allow Users to access mobile data and connectivity services through partner mobile network operators worldwide. The Services are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- eSIM Activation – Upon purchase, you will receive a QR code, activation code, or other activation instructions that enable you to install and activate your eSIM on a compatible device.
- Coverage and Performance – Service availability, quality, and speed are dependent on third-party mobile network operators, your geographic location, and network conditions. AtlasSIM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.
- Plan Details – Each eSIM plan includes specific terms such as data allowance, validity period, pricing, and supported regions. These details are provided at the time of purchase.
- Device Compatibility – You are solely responsible for ensuring that your device supports eSIM technology, is carrier-unlocked, and is compatible with the chosen plan. AtlasSIM is not responsible for any incompatibility issues.
- Third-Party Limitations – AtlasSIM is not liable for disruptions, restrictions, or discrepancies caused by third-party network operators, including but not limited to roaming limitations, coverage gaps, or service interruptions.
- Support Services – AtlasSIM provides customer support, activation guidance, and troubleshooting assistance in relation to the Services.
4. Purchase and Payment Terms
4.1 Order Placement
All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance and confirmation by AtlasSIM. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
4.2 Pricing and Taxes
Prices for the Services are displayed on the Platform and are generally listed in US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, including UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20%. AtlasSIM reserves the right to update or modify pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4.3 Payment Methods and Surcharges
Payment for all Services must be made using approved payment methods offered on the Platform, including major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and digital wallets. AtlasSIM does not apply any surcharge for payments made via debit or credit cards. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize AtlasSIM (or its PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors) to charge the full amount of the order.
4.4 Chargeback Process
If you have a billing dispute or believe an unauthorized charge has been made, you agree to contact AtlasSIM support at support@atlassim.org prior to initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing inquiries promptly. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide transaction and device logs to your financial institution to contest invalid claims.
4.5 Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales of digital eSIM products are final, subject to the digital goods exception detailed in Section 4.6 and our standalone Refund Policy.
4.6 Digital Goods Exception
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, digital content delivered instantly is normally subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by completing your checkout and requesting immediate delivery of your eSIM profile, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby waive and lose your statutory right of cancellation and refund (Regulation 28(1)(b)). 5. User Responsibilities and Obligations
5.1 Compliance and Prohibited Jurisdictions
You agree to use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. In compliance with international trade controls and sanctions programmes, you may not purchase or use our Services if you are located in, a citizen of, or resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive international sanctions, including but not limited to countries designated under US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) embargoes (such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and restricted regions of Ukraine). AtlasSIM utilizes automated sanctions screening to enforce these restrictions.

5.2 Prohibited Use
You must not engage in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited activities when using the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, resale of Services without authorization, attempts to manipulate network access, or activities that may disrupt or harm the Platform or third-party networks.
5.3 Device Compatibility
You are solely responsible for verifying, prior to purchase, that your device supports eSIM technology, is unlocked, and is compatible with the chosen plan. AtlasSIM shall not be liable for issues arising from incompatible or locked devices.
5.4 Account Security
You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and authentication codes. You agree to notify AtlasSIM immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
5.5 Responsibility for Use
You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all activities carried out under your account and agree to bear liability for any misuse of the Services, including any resulting charges or damages.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Ownership
All content, materials, and features available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, and digital downloads, are the exclusive property of AtlasSIM or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Limited License
Subject to compliance with these Terms, AtlasSIM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and Services solely for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
6.3 Restrictions
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from AtlasSIM or the rightful owner, except as expressly permitted by law.
6.4 Trademarks
The AtlasSIM name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or service marks of AtlasSIM. You are not permitted to use these marks without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtlasSIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services.
7.2 Limitation of Aggregate Liability
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of AtlasSIM, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
7.3 No Guarantee of Network Performance
AtlasSIM makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, quality, speed, or performance of third-party mobile networks, and shall not be responsible for disruptions, delays, or failures caused by such networks.
7.4 Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 Network Operators
The Services rely on third-party mobile network operators to provide connectivity. AtlasSIM does not own, control, or operate these networks and shall not be responsible for interruptions, coverage gaps, roaming restrictions, or performance issues caused by such operators.
8.2 Device Compatibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your device is eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked, and technically suitable for the selected plan. AtlasSIM shall not be liable for any inability to use the Services due to device incompatibility or restrictions imposed by manufacturers or carriers.
8.3 External Factors
AtlasSIM shall not be held liable for failures, delays, or disruptions arising from factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party software, hardware, internet service providers, or regulatory requirements.
8.4 Third-Party Terms
Use of the Services may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of third-party providers (such as network operators or payment processors). By using the Services, you agree to comply with such third-party terms where applicable.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination of Access
10.1 Right to Suspend or Terminate
AtlasSIM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform and Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or misuse the Services in any way.
10.2 Immediate Termination
Termination may occur without prior notice if your actions pose a risk to AtlasSIM, its partners, or other Users, or if required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately. AtlasSIM shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of suspension or termination.
10.4 Survival of Provisions
Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Jurisdiction
You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the use of the Platform.
11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
Before initiating court proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through negotiation or, if mutually agreed, through mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution.
12. Amendments to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 Definition
AtlasSIM shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events").
13.2 Examples of Force Majeure Events
Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, governmental actions, embargoes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or the failure of third-party providers.
13.3 Suspension of Obligations
During the continuation of a Force Majeure Event, AtlasSIM's obligations under these Terms shall be suspended to the extent that they are affected by the Force Majeure Event.
13.4 Notification
AtlasSIM will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event and to resume full performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable.

15. Entire Agreement
15.1 Comprehensive Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookies Policy, Disclosure Disclaimer, and any additional policies expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AtlasSIM with respect to the Services.
15.2 Superseding Prior Agreements
This agreement supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of the Services.
15.3 No Other Representations
Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, no statements, promises, or representations made by AtlasSIM or any of its representatives shall be binding unless included in writing within this agreement.
16. Severability
16.1 Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
16.2 Continuation of Terms
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
16.3 Replacement Provision
In the event that a provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree that a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties shall be substituted in its place.
